Our Traditional Option is the one to use if you are looking to send your paper documents to the customer and use our Notary Signing Agent Physical Visit Service. This option allows you to use our secure service in the traditional style of physical visits from one of our staff NSA’s. The Instructions provided by you will be followed exactly and the customer will meet with a highly trained and NNA certified professional NSA.
Express
When you’re ready to ride the lightning fast train!
With the Express option you upload all of your documents to our secure portal and we have the customer verify their identity through the docVerify’s veriVault, record the transaction, notarize all documents, and send it to you electronically real time after the transaction is complete. This can be set up in 45 mins and completed in less than 120 mins with all notarized documents sent to you via e-mail or uploaded to your secure portal. An NNA Certified and trained Notary Signing Agent will conduct the signing in compliance with Federal, State, and Lender guidelines.
